 | ========== MELISSiA & MATTHEW WEDDING ==========Missy and Matthew were married in Taormina, Sicily on May 24, 2007. The wedding party was small and included: Missy & Matthew, Carroll & Bobbie, Jason & Christy, Debbie & Chris, Rusty & Kathy. Taormina is a small town on the East coast, facing the Ionian Sea. The celebration was the week of May 20. Missy and Matthew spent 3 days in Rome and honeymooned in Sicily - staying in Cefalu, on the Tyrrhenian Sea and traveling around to the small villages in the interior and cooking on the beach by their condo. We also celebrated Rusty's birthday with a dinner in Taormina under the stars. Our lodging was a castle style villa with a terrace on top and a wonderful view up the North coast of Sicily. We had a wonderful "wedding planner" Liz Gaan-Sparta. Liz became one of the family - a delightful person. We ate, shopped, photographed and the kids spent late nights in Taormina - always arriving home early (about 2:00am - that's early) and talking for a while longer. We had a wonderful experience. We really enjoyed our time with Debbie, Chris and Jason, Christy and..... for-sure with Missy-Matthew(the M&M's) amd Rusty-Kathy. |
